The role

We are looking to add an experienced teammember to join our Shared Services department based in our Melbourne CBD officeon Exhibition Street. The Property Accounting Officer will be responsible forproviding support for our Accounts Receivable and Lease Administrationfunctions. You will primarily process rental receipts from tenants &reconcile trust bank accounts, coordinate the financial reporting timetable toensure deadlines are achieved.

Key responsibilities
  • Daily processing of rental payments &receipts.
  • Reconciliation of trust bank accounts daily.
  • Monitoring the suspense account.
  • Dealing with rental queries from Tenants& Property Managers.
  • Perform lease maintenance functions i.e.,entering new leases, amending/varying existing leases, processing vacatingtenants etc.
  • Build rapport and working relationshipswith all key stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
  • Previous experience in high volume AccountsReceivable role
  • Yardi Experience (highly desirable)
  • MRI experience (highly desirable)
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a wider team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
