The Role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations and ensure a high level of quality across departments. This role requires strong leadership with multiple direct reports and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility for delivering on our commitments and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded is pivotal to the success of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, resources and processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with overall business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and resource planning.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and lead change management initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor operational staff.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Practical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, solution focused mindset with clear and collaborative communication style.
  • Quality control responsibility for the whole department, establish and uphold standards of high performance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and accountabilities.
  • Risk and Compliance understanding, and able to keep up to date with legislation and implementing changes displaying a change positive attitude.

  • Strong leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
