About the role:
This isn't just another job, it's a chance to bring your skills to life in a role that combines hands-on clinical work with meaningful leadership. You'll deliver outreach services to the Merriwa and Denman Multipurpose Services, working with both adults and children on swallowing and communication needs.

But your impact goes beyond the clinical. You'll also provide mentorship, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement projects that directly shape better outcomes for clients and the community.

About you:
You're a passionate, client-centred Speech Pathologist who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment. Confident and capable, you bring strong clinical reasoning, initiative, and a flexible mindset to every challenge. Whether it's mentoring peers, managing a varied caseload, or finding creative ways to support your clients - you're someone who loves making a difference.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW.

Additional information:

  • *Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note: if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
