Job Title:Communications Officer (10 Week Contract)
Location:Remote or Hybrid – 1 day/week in Melbourne office
Hours:4 days per week
Salary:$40 per hour + super
Contract:10 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Must have: Police Check

The Role
Join a not-for-profit focused on community mental health. As Communications Officer, you'll develop and deliver communications and engagement plans, create content across digital and print, support events, and help strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and coordinate communications (including social media and digital platforms)
  • Create and deliver engagement strategies for key initiatives and events
  • Advise stakeholders on communications best practice
  • Monitor and report on the impact of campaigns
  • Brief and manage suppliers and agencies
  • Contribute to risk management by monitoring online channels
  • Produce marketing and promotional materials
Your Profile
Background in communications or content creation (NFP/community sector experience desirable). Excellent writing and organisational skills. Able to collaborate and manage tasks independently.
