We have Clinical Nurse Specialist – Palliative Care positions at various hours per fortnight in Bunbury and/or Manjimup for immediately filling.

Responsibilities- Act as a resource person for staff and volunteers involved in palliative care.
- Evaluate nursing interventions and recommend effective management strategies.
- Liaise with medical practitioners, NGOs, and hospital staff to identify individuals in need of palliative care services.
- Coordinate quality improvement projects related to palliative care delivery.
- Actively participate in performance management, professional development, and training opportunities for staff.
- A registered nurse with demonstrated advanced clinical competence and experience relevant to palliative care.
- Exceptional skills in planning, coordination, and decision-making.
- Strong team leadership and membership skills are essential.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to incorporate risk management and quality management principles within practice.
- Current knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in Equal Opportunity, Disability Services, and Occupational Safety and Health.
