About the Role

Bridgestone are looking for a driven Engineer to join our Technical Field Service team at the Queensland State office in Murarrie, reporting to the Technical Field Service Manager.

We encourage applications from recent graduates and entry level engineers, seeking to build their careers with a company that supports and values ongoing learning and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide Retail, Wholesale and Commercial departments with technical support.
  • Monitor voice of customer (VOC) and warranty claim information to identify any possible product issues for new and re-treaded tyres.
  • Work closely with consumer product testing to manage and conduct any necessary testing.
  • Analyse survey results, developing an understanding of market requirements and support actions arising from survey findings.
About You

You'll be a highly motivated professional who is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Additionally, you'll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external
  • Demonstrated tyre and/or mechanical knowledge is preferred but not essential
