Job DescriptionEpworth Freemasons is seeking experienced Patient Services Officers for Part time or Casual positions.
(Please mention in the Cover letter what position you are looking for Casual or Part time.)
You will be responsible for multiple aspects of the pre-admission and admission process for our elective and emergency patients and report into the Patient Service Centre Manager.
You will make an impact by:
- Admitting and discharging of patients
- Responding promptly to enquiries and requests
- General administrative duties and entering patient's details to create admissions.
- Creating Estimates and completing Health Fund Checks.

You will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise in a timely and accurate manner
- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions according to hospital needs
- Previous experience in health care, medical or health fund industry will be highly advantageous.
