Physiotherapist | Aged Care | Residential & Outpatient

Physiotherapist needed to work within a residential and outpatient setting with this provider across Shepparton. Participate in a mix of assessments and therapy with clients across the region.

About the Practice
  • Residential aged care practicing in areas of: cardiothoracic, orthopedics, neurological, outpatient musculoskeletal care and acute rehabilitation
  • Outpatient work assisting clients across the Shepparton region also
  • Multidisciplinary team, including nursing and allied health assistants, with clinical leads for complex case collaboration
  • Evidence-based, client-centred model delivering individual reviews, group falls prevention classes and hospital-based assessments
  • On-site administrative support ensures efficient scheduling and documentation
  • Systems set up to ensure patients first, not paperwork

Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Valid qualification in Physiotherapy recognised in Australia
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
  • Confidence to work autonomously within a supportive team
