Start your journey with us as Assistant Valuer Support our Commercial team in preparing valuation reports and engaging in all facets of property valuation to become an API Certified Property Valuer.
Responsibilities- Support our Commercial team in preparing valuation reports and engaging in all facets of property valuation to become an API Certified Property Valuer.
- Assist with property valuation tasks and research as part of professional development.
- Currently studying a relevant tertiary qualification as accredited by the Australian Property Institute (API).
- Hold a current Australian driver's license and be willing to travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work activities.
- Excellent research and data analysis capability.
