The Role
The Support Consultant is the primary point of contact for our clients, managing diverse queries regarding investments, superannuation products and platform services. You'll manage inbound calls, live chats and email queries within specified SLA timeframes.
This client-facing role supports our Financial Advisory clients. This role would suit someone who holds an RG146, is a confident communicator and enjoys providing client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Respond to queries regarding trading, investing, contributing, superannuation and pensions.
- Troubleshooting: Provide support to our clients with navigating and transacting on our platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams across the business to address client requests.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate our client relationships to build trust and collaboration.
- A minimum of 2 years in client services or associate advisory roles in superannuation or investment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of retail superannuation and investment practices.
- Familiarity with operational or advisory duties within financial advice practices.
- Proven experience working within SLA-driven environments.
- A tertiary degree in a business-related field or RG146 accreditation is strongly desired.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible hybrid work environment—split your time between home (3 days) and the office (2 days).
