    About Our Client

    We are representing a well-established not-for-profit organisation, known for its significant contributions within the community. With a substantial workforce, this organisation maintains a supportive work environment that values the individual contributions of its employees.

    Job Description
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Monitor and manage the organisation's financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and grants.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and other regulatory requirements, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
    • Support audit processes and work closely with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit cycle.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts and resolving discrepancies.
    • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
    • Provide financial advice and support to senior management and program directors.

    The Successful Applicant

    The Ideal Candidate
    • Immediately available or available on short notice.
    • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
    • CPA or CA qualification
    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Experience in the Not For Profit sector is advantageous
    • Technology One experience is highly regarded.
