We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our AU Finance team. Reporting directly to our Assistant Controller (US) and indirectly to our Accounting Manager (AU), this role is vital in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
  2. Process supplier and vendor chargebacks, corporate card, and credit card reimbursements
  3. Assist in Accounts Payable for global operational, influencer, and model payments
  4. Perform weekly bank reconciliations (AUD & USD)
  5. Manage vendor/influencer onboarding and supplier setup with proper verification
  6. Support month-end close, including credit card subledger management and reporting
  7. Provide documentation and support for audits and SOX compliance
  8. Act as the main contact for expense reimbursements and provide training/support to internal teams
Skills and Experience
  1. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  2. Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role
  3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments and with suppliers
  4. Solid understanding of accounting processes, including ATO invoice compliance
  5. Strong integrity and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  7. Experience with bank reconciliations and global finance operations is a plus
