We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Platform to join our Technology team in Melbourne on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Project Manager – PM General is responsible for managing and overseeing projects that drive changes and developments with significant impact on a specific business unit or across APA.

Responsibilities

• Leading several Tech for Tech projects (SCADA WAN, SCADA Firewall Phase 2, Ops Citrix refresh, IOC Phone system refresh)
• Developing project budget from project and resource plans.
• Drive creation of Business Cases with project stakeholders.
• Assist in development of new Business Cases for 'break-in' projects that Create Value within Enterprise Platforms.
• Identifying key stakeholders and working proactively to gain their support.
• Identifying risks affecting the delivery of project outcomes.
• Identifying project dependencies with other programs of Work

Your background

• Understanding of operations, procedures, and policies related to the specific business area.
• Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Project management skills and experience.
• Process re-engineering/business improvement/change management.
