Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Joining an energetic and collaborative environment at AFL House in Melbourne.
  • Delivering real impact and contributing to the success of the AFL.
  • Fostering relationships and building essential skills for the future.
  • Participating in a development-rich experience across various areas of work.
  • Engaging in meaningful projects from ideation to deployment.
About You

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a 2024 or 2025 university graduate ready to start full-time in early 2026.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or greater in law, arts, engineering, marketing and communications, sports management, finance, commerce, data, technology, HR, health and wellbeing or other with a minimum credit average.
  • Identify as being of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
  • Have Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Be available to attend a half-day assessment centre in Melbourne in late August 2025.
  • Have balanced studies with previous work experience in part-time, casual, volunteer roles, or internships.
  • Include a written cover letter detailing cultural background and an optional character reference.
