What You Need To Do
  • Prospect for clients, close deals, and provide financial solutions.
  • Conduct cold and warm sales calls.
  • Work with various lenders to find the best deals for clients and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collect personal and detailed information from borrowers.
  • Follow up throughout the loan application and approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business referrals.
  • Build a network to develop your client base and database.
What You Need to Offer
  • Diligence and dedication to the mortgage industry.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, good personality, and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. We seek self-motivated, driven, hungry, and commercially astute individuals who are eager to create a rewarding career. Demonstrated ability to meet goals, targets, and KPIs is required. Valid working rights in Australia are a must. Skills include financial solutions, sales, bilingual communication, mortgage industry knowledge, business development, relationship building, and customer service.
