Role and Responsibilities
  • Engage store managers and staff to fight food waste and maximise partnership with Too Good To Go
  • Ensure stores maximise their supply so no food is wasted; monitor data and escalate where needed
  • Build relationships with store managers and staff, support onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Work with a portfolio of prominent brands and contribute to projects across focus segments such as Grocery, Café, Convenience and Fast‑Casual
  • Operate in a hands‑on, frontline capacity to ensure stores and area managers have what they need to succeed
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts Team Leader and Business Development Managers; engage stores directly via phone and email to optimise engagement, improve performance, and increase supply
  • Provide a smooth onboarding process for new stores using scalable tools and methods; deliver training to new managers and staff
  • Administrative tasks, including updating store information for public holidays and ensuring data accuracy

Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Office‑based with flexibility to work from home. Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time. Job function: Sales and Business Development.
