Position: Maintenance Manager

Reports to: Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Leads a team of Electricians and Fitters

Location: Split between Marrickville and Revesby sites

Position: Maintenance Manager

Reports to: Head of Manufacturing & Supply Chain

Leads a team of Electricians and Fitters

Location: Split between Marrickville and Revesby sites

About the Role

As our Maintenance Manager, you will lead the Maintenance department to deliver efficiency through optimised machinery performance, technology utilisation, and process engineering improvements. Your strategic leadership will help us maintain our competitive advantage in the market while supporting our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

• Oversee maintenance operations to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency
• Manage repairs, maintenance budgets and CAPEX projects
• Develop and mentor a team of electricians and maintenance fitters
• Lead engineering activities including commissioning of new machinery
• Drive process engineering improvements to enhance productivity
• Implement and optimise systems, policies, and procedures
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance and promote a safety culture

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualifications in electrical, maintenance, or related fields
• Process engineering expertise
• Food manufacturing experience and knowledge
• Strong people leadership skills
• Proven experience managing major projects
• Understanding of legislative requirements (including OH&S & Environment)
