Our Windsor Gardens Facility, where this role is based, produces dry pasta, fresh pasta, cup noodles, coffee, and semolina.

About the role :

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to provide strong leadership for our Maintenance Department.

This role involves overseeing daily operations, preventative maintenance, purchasing, continuous improvement, contributing to leadership decisions, and problem-solving issues as they arise.

The successful candidate will plan, manage, and coordinate team efforts to ensure maintenance tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time.

This is a day shift role, with regular overtime required based on operational needs.

The typical hours are :

Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 15 pm (finishing at 2 : 15 pm on Fridays). Overtime may be necessary.

This position does not offer work-from-home options.

About you :

You should be capable of troubleshooting maintenance issues on production and packaging machines, optimizing machine efficiency, and managing projects and preventative maintenance.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience :

  • Proven mechanical problem-solving and planning skills
  • Experience in project and preventative maintenance management
  • Leadership experience in maintenance and engineering
  • Ability to organize and manage teams
  • Knowledge of the food or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong team problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter & Turner, or equivalent
