Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on logistics professional looking for a dynamic role in the aviation industry? Suncoast Aero Engines, a division of the Sigma Aerospace Group, is seeking a dedicated Freight & Logistics Coordinator to join our team on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

What You'll Do
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight, including engines and parts
  • Process and document all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Pack and unpack engines and distribute freight to relevant departments
  • Open jobs and create work packs in Aerotrack
  • Maintain the freight and engine core register, keeping records up to date
  • Support quality assurance and assist with internal and external audits
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational
  • Assist in maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient work environment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight handling, or warehousing
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy items safely
  • Familiarity with Aerotrack or similar systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Forklift license (preferred)
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement
