Job Opportunity: Freight & Logistics Coordinator

The position of Freight & Logistics Coordinator is open to individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires previous experience in logistics, freight handling, or warehousing. A forklift license is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with systems like Aerotrack is also advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing freight
  • Processing and documenting all shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Packing and unpacking of engines and distribution of freight to relevant departments
  • Maintaining the freight and engine core register, keeping records up to date
  • Supporting quality assurance and assisting with internal and external audits
  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, freight handling, or warehousing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with systems like Aerotrack (preferred)
  • Forklift license (preferred)
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
