We need a standout Architect with strong project leadership skills to join our national leadership group as a Senior Architect within our Sydney studio.

Are you a project leader with experience delivering projects of $20 million and over? Do you thrive working in a team and managing team outcomes? Do you have experience delivering medium to large scale projects in a BIM Management environment? If so, please contact us now for an interview.

The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications/skills:

  • 10+ years' experience delivering commercial architecture in Australia (NSW preferred)
  • A strong network within the local property industry
  • High level of proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
  • High level of competency in all aspects of the architectural profession
  • Strong documentation and contract administration skills
  • Strong team and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead/manage teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a 'can do' attitude – a team player
  • Willingness to travel interstate for short periods

BELL is currently delivering a wide range of commercial, industrial, health, aged care + living, workplace, retail, residential, hospitality, food + beverage, defence, sports + recreation, and education sector projects across Australia. We operate from offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Adelaide along with project offices in Perth and Melbourne allowing our business to function on a national basis.
