About the Role

As a Senior Agile Project Manager at Bilue, you'll be at the heart of driving impactful digital projects that shape our future. In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate seamless project delivery, energise agile processes, and cultivate alignment across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where balancing people, process, and performance is key. You'll be the catalyst for maintaining momentum, building strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional outcomes.

You'll also be responsible for overseeing delivery across complex, multi-stream applications with multiple integrations, managing both local and offshore development teams, and navigating hybrid delivery models that combine agile, Kanban, and traditional project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Agile Practices: Inspire collaboration and innovation by leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Keep teams aligned and focused on delivering value.
• Lead Delivery Across Complex Programs: Manage the planning and coordination of interdependent workstreams with multiple integration points, ensuring strong alignment and clear ownership across all components.
• Track Progress & Mitigate Risks: Drive transparency by closely monitoring project milestones, team velocity, and identifying potential bottlenecks. Proactively manage risks to keep projects on track and ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Oversee UAT, QA & Deployment Readiness: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support QA processes, and manage deployment schedules to ensure smooth, production-ready releases.
• Translate Strategy into Execution: Work closely with product owners and business stakeholders to transform strategic goals into actionable delivery roadmaps, using a combination of agile, Kanban, and waterfall approaches.
• Elevate Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, impactful updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders, offering solutions to challenges and demonstrating continuous progress.
• Drive Governance & Alignment: Establish and uphold strong governance frameworks, ensuring constant alignment and addressing challenges proactively to drive success.
• Strategic Reporting: Deliver concise and actionable status reports to the ELT, showcasing progress, identifying risks, and outlining mitigation strategies.
• Lead Distributed Teams: Manage both local and offshore development teams, driving productivity, task ownership, and maintaining strong Jira hygiene and estimation discipline.
• Foster Team Collaboration & Growth: Support multiple teams with parallel priorities while nurturing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring a high-performing environment.

About You

You are a seasoned Agile Project Manager with Scrum Master expertise, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You excel at balancing a people-first approach with a sharp focus on driving results, consistently meeting deadlines, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

You have a knack for managing multiple workstreams, empowering teams, and operating with autonomy in high-trust environments. Your communication skills are second to none, and you're confident navigating technical and business contexts with ease.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 6+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally within a consultancy setting.
• Proven expertise as a Scrum Master, guiding teams toward success.
• Hands-on experience facilitating agile processes and leading sprint ceremonies with confidence and clarity.
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies and hybrid delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, and waterfall).
• Experience overseeing delivery across complex software programs with multiple integrations and components.
• Proven ability to manage both local and offshore development teams and maintain delivery momentum remotely.
• Strong Jira and Confluence skills, with a focus on backlog hygiene, estimation accuracy, and delivery transparency.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including reporting to senior leadership.
• Ability to self-direct in a high-trust environment, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with mobile and web application development, QA, UAT, and deployment readiness.
