AtHaiven Property Central, we don't just manage properties—we turn houses into homes. We're a vibrant team based inSubiaco, and we're on the hunt for aProperty Management Assistantwho's ready to jump into the action (coffee in hand, of course).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting our superstar property managers in and out of the office like the admin legend you are
  • Scheduling inspections, sending smiles (aka emails), and chasing up the occasional late rent (with charm)
  • Liaising with tenants, tradies, and owners—sometimes all at once (don't worry, we've got your back)
  • Keeping our systems updated and our files fresher than a newly renovated kitchen

You'll Shine If You

  • Have a keen eye for detail and a great sense of humour
  • Are tech-savvy and not afraid of a CRM (or at least willing to learn)
  • Love working in a fast-paced, team-first environment
  • Can juggle tasks like a pro (actual juggling skills optional)
