Our high-performing and highly team-oriented real estate company is seeking a Property Manager to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focused on client services and passionate support for our team members.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced property management and property professionals who are highly driven and results-oriented. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED if you do not have prior experience.

Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Being a contact person for property owners, tenants, and tradespeople.
  2. Assisting with inspections, viewings, and routine property inspections.
  3. Managing marketing and advertising campaigns for rentals.
  4. Providing maintenance support to clients and tenants.
  5. Handling property management tasks, with some property sales activities (e.g., open homes), providing opportunities to learn sales — see below regarding career progression into sales.

This role is dynamic and highly rewarding, offering independence to thrive along with support and training to help you excel.

The ideal candidate should be:

  • Willing to be a team player, eager to learn and grow.
  • Interested in building a successful career in real estate.
  • Ability to speak basic Chinese is a plus but not mandatory, as our business also covers Asia.
