Store Manager Full Time - Concord at Zeus Street Greek (ZSG)

Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store & kitchen.
- Managing all key performance indicators, including COGS, financials, and rostering.
- Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience.
- Delivering ZSG food quality & safety standards.
- Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies.
- Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff.
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with staff training.
- Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
- A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Restaurant or Kitchen Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
