Zeus Street Greek is a fast, casual Greek food business serving traditional family recipes with a modern twist. ZSG values quality produce that is responsibly sourced and prepared with a fresh attitude.
Responsibilities- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Managing all expected key performance indicators of exceptional customer service
- Supervising & coaching team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
- Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
- Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
- A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
