Who you are and what we need from you

Strategy & Planning

·Experience launching and scaling premium or luxury consumer products.

·Ideally, a strong understanding of skincare, health and premium consumer behaviour.

·Expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, particularly DTC.

·Ability to refine and implement pricing, positioning, and channel sequencing strategies.

Execution & Growth

·Skilled in building pre-launch demand: community engagement and customer acquisition.

·Capable of managing owned, earned, and paid media to support sales goals.

·Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.

Analysis & Relationships

·Comfortable analysing performance metrics and optimising strategies for sales conversion.

·A strong network within relevant distribution or retail channels is an advantage.

·Confident working closely with a founder and a small, high-performing team.

What you'll do

·Design and execute a clear go-to-market strategy.

·Build pre-launch demand and grow a community of engaged customers.

·Drive early sales through targeted, brand-aligned activity.

·Identify partnerships and opportunities that strengthen both sales and brand equity.

·Develop short- and medium-term plans in line with the founder's vision and ambitions.
