We are seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our front desk team. This role offers flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking for a second job. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly.
  • Checking rooms and report any faulty facilites.
  • Process payments and manage billing accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Set up continental breakfast in the morning.

Requirements:
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be available to work every Tuesday, Wednesday.
