We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our studio and contribute to a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming Residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile and large-scale Residential architectural projects.

Qualifications Required
  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Registration with ARB or equivalent overseas body
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications as part of a broader team.
  • Work on small, medium, and large-scale projects; coordinate with consultants, contractors, and builders.
  • Attend and contribute to client and sub consultant meetings and report back to the broader team.
  • Read, produce, and amend development schedules for feasibility and coordination.
  • Participate in Concept Design, Development Application, Tender and Construction Documentation.
  • Convey and communicate design concepts through 2D and 3D drawings for presentations and reports.
  • Work on phases of broader projects and complete tasks within set timeframes.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and design documentation.
  • Manage, organise and coordinate complex Revit files for large-scale projects.
  • Support Director in the delivery of a project with project documentation.
  • Oversee the work of Architectural graduates and coordinate workflow schedules for specific submissions and deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years' experience in Construction Documentation and delivering leadership on tenders.
  • 10+ years' experience working on large-scale projects such as mixed-use or residential developments.
  • Experience delivering construction certificate documentation under the Design and Building Practitioners Act (DBPA) for large-scale residential projects.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate as part of a project team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions.
  • Adaptable and forward-thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
