About Our Company:

We are Design and Build, a leading Residential Builder in Adelaide. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Oversee all phases of projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  2. Site Coordination: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  4. Safety Management: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  5. Issue Resolution: Address any issues or delays promptly and efficiently to keep projects on track.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  7. Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Construction Management Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
  2. Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools, preferably onsite companion.
  5. Educational Background: A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  6. Licence: Holding a builder's licence will be highly regarded.
