As an Operator, you'll be right in the middle of the action — working with machinery, keeping things running smoothly, and helping us deliver high-quality bird care products on time. Every shift, you'll play a part in our mission to care for our feathered friends.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operating and monitoring a range of equipment, from wrapping machines to conveyors.
  • Checking product quality so every order meets our high standards.
  • Learning to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery.
  • Getting hands-on with tasks like box filling, flow-wrapping, or bagging lines (training provided).
  • Always putting safety and quality first.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn — experience in a manufacturing environment is helpful but not essential; we're open to all industries and working backgrounds.
  • Openness to trying new tasks and building your skills.
  • An eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
