About the Centre:
Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Hoppers Crossing We are a beautiful, BRAND-NEW 110-place centre. Our philosophy is based on a holistic view of the child. Our families appreciate our approaches to inclusivity and sustainability.
About the Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.
- Mentor and support the centre(s) to Meet or Exceed the National Quality Standards.
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
