About the Role

As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. This includes:

  • Managing budgets, maintenance, repairs, and compliance with strata legislation.
  • Providing high-level customer service and sound advice to clients and committees.
  • Attending and chairing meetings, and handling correspondence, quotes, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinating with owners, tenants, contractors, local councils, and legal representatives.
  • Supporting and mentoring trainee strata managers.
  • Managing tribunal matters, including mediation and attendance at hearings when required.

About You

You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and brings both professionalism and empathy to the role.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strata or property management.
  • Certificate of Registration (essential), Strata License (desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of strata legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organisation.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (desirable).
