ARCway Careers is recruiting for a fantastic Entry-level Legal Administration Traineeship with a highly respected personal injury law firm based in Parramatta.

As a trainee, you'll be working full-time while completing a Nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – fully paid for and supported on the job. Requires no prior experience required

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assisting legal professionals with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Answering calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Filing, scanning and preparing legal documents
  • Managing client records and maintaining confidentiality
  • Data entry and using legal systems/software
  • Providing general admin support to the wider legal team
About You:
  • Well-presented with excellent communication skills
  • Interested in the legal industry and administration work
  • Organised, reliable and eager to learn
  • Has full Australian working rights
  • Has not completed a Certificate III or higher (traineeship eligibility applies)
