Overview

This is a flexible role based in Ballina, Byron Bay or Lismore NSW. This is a fully remote position; however, the successful candidate must be based in Ballina, Byron Bay or Lismore NSW to complete workplace visits.

About You

- Qualified in Rehabilitation Counselling or Masters in Psychology
- Registered with ASORC or AHPRA
- Full working rights + Australian Driver’s Licence

The Role

- Guide injured individuals back into the workforce with empathy and expertise
- Conduct meaningful assessments and support career transition
- Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to craft impactful solutions
- Design tailored Return to Work plans focused on recovery and resilience
- Visit workplaces to identify challenges and champion safer, inclusive environments
