Responsibilities
  • Participate in end-to-end business requirement creation after discussion with Business users and policy team which also includes translating legislative AML laws into business requirements.
  • Analyse over-all processing does AS-IS and TO-BE system analysis and come up with Business requirement document.
  • Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested.
  • Coordinate with Technical Delivery Manager and technical team to explain Business requirements and work with them on identifying technical deliveries and project schedule.
  • Escalate issues that impact project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions.
  • Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result.
  • Thorough review of test scenarios and testing evidence before it is signed off.
  • Facilitate and provide functional and testing support before and after production deployment.
  • Liaise with other units across IT and Business in the organization.
Required
  • Experience working in Financial Crime domain
  • At least 4 years of experience in NetReveal V8. Should be well versed with NetReveal modules such as Services Manager, Watchlist Manager, Scenario Manager, Application Builder, Command and Control, etc.
  • Should have knowledge in regulatory reportings such as SMR, TTR and IFTI
  • At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Detailing of Processes.
  • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirement's analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies Analytical and Communication skills.
  • Good presentation and articulation skills – being able to make presentation to senior leadership as required, manage effective communication between business partners and technology teams.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Experience in Database – SQL, PLSQL
Preferred
  • Well versed with SDLC. Experience in Agile and waterfall delivery model.
