Qualifications
  • Must have experience/knowledge in water/fire damage restoration and mould remediation.
  • Must have a current open driver's license.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • IICRC certification is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Provide comprehensive reports via a table on the assessment of a customer's contents/property
  • Be involved in onsite risk assessment, toolbox talks & risk identification
  • Keep facilities, equipment, vehicles & tools clean as requested
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed
  • Use and general maintenance of machinery
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
