Overview

atWork Australia is a leading employment services provider working with Australians living with disability, injury, health condition or those who require additional support, across the nation. We empower our clients, supporting them to build better working lives. We identify goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and support clients through interviews and into employment. We also work with prospective employers to ensure their needs for recruiting new team members are met. Our belief: work's for everyone.

You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role. Multilingual skills in Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese will be an advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our team in Greater Western Sydney and Sydney East Metro. This is an on-site position. We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work's for everyone, while having fun along the way.

Qualifications

NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
  • Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude
