About the Club The club is a vibrant, multifaceted facility consisting of a fitness gym, 1 indoor multi-sports court, boxing, martial arts, and multipurpose spaces.
It is open to everyone, young and old, from all walks of life, aiming to use recreation and leisure activities to enhance community wellbeing.
About the Role We seek a qualified and experienced leisure venue manager to lead the team in delivering an exceptional member experience at this community facility.
The Club Manager oversees management and operations, including administration, finances, and program delivery.
Key responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the Club, including staff leadership, training, program coordination, quality assurance, facilities/asset management, and marketing initiatives.
Implement business and operational plans to increase income, build customer engagement, and maximize facility usage and revenue.
Raise awareness of the PCYC mission within the local community to grow memberships and attract fundraising/sponsorship opportunities.
Develop relationships with stakeholders such as NSW Police, Club Committee, venue users, local businesses, and the community.
Handle administrative duties like rostering, budgeting, reporting, funding applications, and records management.
Ensure a child-safe environment.
Conduct scheduled WHS and operational audits.
About You Are you passionate and looking for flexible hours?
