Your new opportunity

We have a new opportunity available for a qualified CPV or RPV looking to further develop their career in the residential space. Working with Opteon\'s in-market proprietary property software and systems enables valuers to maximise time in the field and data capture in reporting. This is a high-volume role with an existing workload and potential for future growth.

What sets you apart

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development abilities. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development are essential, together with:

  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • RPV and/or CPV status
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
