The Athlete's Foot Assistant Store Manager - Greensborough role at The Athlete's Foot Australia & New Zealand invites you to apply. Compensation

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, utilizing our advanced MyFit 3D technology.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to manage rosters and control wage spend within company guidelines.
  • Support daily store operations, maintaining store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Champion training, development, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce.
  • Foster community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements in line with national and state regulations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior retail role (e.g., Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder, Supervisor, or 3IC) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
  • Solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices.
