Responsibilities:
- Optimise project management performance and control.
- Provide expert cost management advice.
- Initiate project activities, interpret and distribute project budgets, and manage the closure of activities in SAP PS Module and Project Server.
- Ensure all projects are delivered in alignment with Powerlink's project management methodology.
- Play a pivotal role in Earned Value Management, including reporting and analysis of Cost and Schedule Performance Index (CPI and SPI).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Based in Virginia, you will work within the Delivery and Technical Solutions Division, reporting directly to the Team Leader Project Controls.
What you'll bring:To be successful in this role, you'll need a Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or something similar, along with solid experience in a project delivery environment. We'd love to see your expertise in SAP, Tableau, and other project management tools.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting project planning, scheduling, and dependency management.
- Significant experience in planning and scheduling, cash flow monitoring, and forecasting reporting.
- Experience in Earned Value Management.
- Ability to analyse and monitor project delivery performance and control.
- Ability to produce timely, accurate project reporting.
