We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Domestic Assistants across Baldivis, Cooloongup, Hillman, Safety Bay, Shoalwater, Stake Hill, Waikiki. We have permanent part-time roles available, offering flexible working hours. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm. Our Domestic Assistants support clients to undertake domestic tasks in the home as prescribed within the care/support plan, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence, where possible. Responsibilities include a range of domestic tasks including making beds, ironing, laundry, dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor, with some social support in the community. Domestic Assistants will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home, therefore having unrestricted access to a vehicle and the ability to follow a digital schedule and care plan autonomously, via a mobile app, will be essential.

Servicing the following suburbs: Baldivis, Cooloongup, Hillman, Safety Bay, Shoalwater, Stake Hill, Waikiki. (Only successful applicants residing in the above suburbs will be contacted.)

• 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience
• A valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
• Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

• $32.74 p/h + super
• Travel allowance of $1.03 per km
• Provided with a mobile phone for work purposes.
• 17.5% annual leave loading and excess leave cash out options
• 4-6 weeks Annual Leave per year, with ability to purchase up to 4 weeks additional leave per year.
