Overview

The Thomas Robert Group (TRG) is home to two iconic family-owned businesses, Noone Imagewear and Bob Stewart's of Kew. As a service-driven organisation, the primary focus of the role is to offer a personalised, welcoming and professional uniform service to the families and communities of our partner schools.

Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a Casual Senior Retail Assistant for our Noone Pembroke uniform shop. Availability during peak back-to-school period is a must (15 January – 15 February each year).

Responsibilities
  • Provide a personalised, welcoming and professional uniform service to families and communities of partner schools.
  • Assist customers in-store and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate computerised retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Contribute to a smooth in-store experience during peak back-to-school periods.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other customer service-focused roles.
  • Hold or willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children check.
  • Hold or willing to complete the RRHAN certification.
  • Have exceptional communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents and students.
  • Competent with computerised retail Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Availability during the peak back-to-school period is a must (15 January - 15 February each year).
