Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar L2 support role, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.
  • CCNA knowledge (mandatory) with a good grasp of networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer support.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 technical support to clients across IT and network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Utilize CCNA-level knowledge to assist with networking-related problems.
  • Ensure timely and effective customer support for all technical queries and issues.
