Our opportunityAs Voice of Customer Manager, you will be responsible for the creation of a best-practice Voice of Customer program and elevating customer centricity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bring a deep understanding of Voice of Customer best practice, trends and innovation
- Lead the evolution of our enterprise Voice of Customer (listening) program, including looking at new channels / sources of feedback and increasing richness of data across all our Asset classes.
- Work with the Customer & Insights analyst to implement the new enterprise listening platform across Mirvac (including requirements gathering, change management, training, ongoing management)
- Support the preparation of VOC Insights reporting and present compelling data-driven insights and recommendations to teams across all levels (including leadership) to secure buy-in for customer initiatives
- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to influence key decisions that impact the customer experience
- A minimum of 8 years' experience leading customer, project and program delivery
- A minimum of 5 years customer centred design experience
- Deep B2C and B2B research experience (qualitative & quantitative)
- Demonstrated transformation and innovation experience
- Demonstrated experience of project delivery that has involved collaboration with technology teams, matrix structures and a variety of stakeholders
