About the role

Totem is seeking a driven BDR & Customer Success Associate who is hungry to grow in sales at the intersection of technology and venture capital. This role provides comprehensive exposure to the entire customer lifecycle, with opportunities to engage prospects, close deals, ensure customer success, and contribute to company growth.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct compelling product demos for warm leads
  • Set up and manage new customer accounts for handoff to account executives
  • Guide new customers through seamless onboarding experiences
  • Build relationships with fund managers and investment professionals
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales and customer success processes
  • Take initiative on process improvements and growth opportunities
