What you'll do:
- Lead the design, review, and integration of electrical distribution and control systems.
- Provide expertise across power, automation, and site services infrastructure.
- Oversee project delivery from design through to commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, supporting their professional growth.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve successful delivery.
About You
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical.
- 7+ years' professional experience, ideally in mining, heavy industry, or large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading project delivery from design through to commissioning.
- Strong understanding of reliability, asset management, and operational requirements in project delivery and consulting environments.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
