This role reports directly to theSales Directorand plays an important part in driving the success of one of the Gold Coast's most iconic projects.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Director in managing the inhouse and external agents. You'll also manage the day-to-day operations of our on-site Sales Gallery and coordinate with marketing to deliver premium events and campaigns. This position needs to be hands-on, requiring strong software, communication, and organisational skills.

Your objective will be to:

  1. Assist the Sales Director in the development and management of all agents and sales channels
  2. Manage the daily operations of the sales gallery to support sales and marketing activity
  3. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales events
  4. Carry out other tasks as directed by the management to ensure the success of the Paradiso Place project.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director in developing and managing a wide range of sales channels across Australia and overseas. This includes both internal teams (in-house sales) and external channels (e.g. master agents, affiliate networks, international sales agencies). You'll actively identify and establish new partnerships to expand market reach and drive performance.

You'll manage and support sales agents throughout the process, providing daily operational assistance and project training to ensure consistency and excellence. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing the CRM system to support lead allocation, follow-up activities, and reporting in line with company SOPs.

In your role managing the Sales Gallery, you'll oversee the day-to-day use of the on-site facility, ensuring exceptional client experience and premium service presentation. This includes coordinating appointments, sales presentations, and gallery-based promotional events. You'll also ensure full compliance with SOPs, company policies, and brand standards.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver both on-site and off-site events, managing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate marketing campaigns as directed and ensure that all marketing materials used across affiliate networks align with the developer's expectations and brand positioning.

Finally, you will support the Sales Director in achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. This includes preparing regular sales reports, getting market feedback, and assisting with competitor analysis to inform the senior management.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have strong teamwork and communication skills and the ability to drive the team to achieve excellent sales performance. You'll demonstrate professional integrity, resilience under pressure, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

You will need to be proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools. Acurrent Queensland Real Estate Sales Certificate or License is required. Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are highly regarded.

You should bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Business, or Hospitality
  • At least 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in the Real Estate industry and/or 2 years in a sales management role
  • Experience in off-the-plan high-rise residential projects (preferred)
  • A strong network of agent and investor relationships across local and international markets (highly regarded)
