On any given day, one team is developing animations, 3D, and movie posters for Hollywood driven by our LA office, another is designing a new brand system, while others are pulling off industry-first experiential moments in New York or London, all while our crew at the headquarters in Adelaide is producing a film-first in South Australia. From identity to activation, we build work that travels across culture with taste, craft, and momentum.
About the RoleEvery agency needs someone who can bring organisation and clarity to the magic of the creative process. That's you. We're after an Account Manager, based in our Adelaide office, who can look clients in the eye, give them confidence, and then turn around and make sure the work actually happens the way it should. You'll keep us on track without compromising the creative vision. You'll manage timelines and stakeholders so the team can do their best work and the client sees the value.
You're equal parts organiser, diplomat, and hype-person for great creative
What You'll Do- Be the go-to contact for clients: responsive, strategic, and straight-up
- Keep projects running on time, on budget, and on brief
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable directions for the team
- Smooth the process: approvals, timelines, and reporting
- Spot opportunities to build trust and grow accounts
- Proven experience in an agency or creative studio account role
- Well-versed in integrated campaigns (content, design, experiential)
- Strong communicator: clear, confident, human
- Detail-obsessed, but able to see the big picture
- Unflappable in the mess, generous in the win
- A love of creativity and the will to protect it
